Our dairy herd is purebred, registered Holstein Friesian, with more than 50 years of care and breeding behind it. Robert Calder has been recognised as a Holstein Australia Master Breeder — an award built on more than decades of consistent, high-classifying breeding — and includes cattle imported directly from Canada and New Zealand.

These 'gentle giants' can produce over 40 litres of milk a day, a reward for just how well they're cared for — in both the volume and the quality of what they give back.

The commitment of the people who run the dairy deserves real credit: days often start before 4am — and it's a 365-day-a-year job.
